    Hi

    Short and sweet;

    I'm 23, been training on and off for years but very seriously for the past 9 months. Diet consists of shakes, high protein, and roughly 4-5000 calories per day. Gained a little over 20 pounds this year and made phenomenal increases in strength without juicing.

    stats;
    6'5''
    205 lbs
    12-14% BF

    Deadlift 380 max
    the rest i dont know my maxes...

    Going to be doing 10 weeks of test e @ 400 mgs with 4 weeks of Dbol 20 mgs/day to kick start... starting within 2 weeks (1st cycle ever)
