    New B

    Hey all names Frankie I’m 6’2 234lbs 10%bf. I’ve posted a few questions but I haven’t received any reply’s. Also, when I click on my notifications or my inbox I receive a message that says that I have either been blocked or haven’t been approved. How do I get approved? I would also like to post a nutrition, supplement, and training log; is there a specific forum to put this in? Thanks again for any help
