Hello everyone!
I've been lurking this site for months now, absorbing all the information I could find and learning all the rules. I realized that I would have long passed my 100 posts or 45 days if I had just participated sooner! I have been an amateur in the gym since I started playing sports in highschool, I regularly workout 5-7 days a week, I have been minimizing my cardio, and *attempting* to eat healthier, however dieting is my biggest problem. When I started lifting I was 155Lbs and now I'm up to 200Lbs so I'm fairly proud of my results however I'm ready to take it to the next level. When it comes to forums, I'm pretty bad at remembering to log in regularly to check for replies to posts or comments on others posts so please be patient with me as I'm trying to get better.
