    Suggestions are welcome!

    I started body building 6 months back, since then I have had tremendous success in reducing my body fat to 12%. My lean muscle mass is kinda stagnant and I look kinda skinny now. I dont see much gain in my muscle, inspite of good workouts. Probably I am expecting results too fast. My goal is to gain close to 20 pounds of lean muscle mass in next few months with strict diet and work out. Of course, I know this is not possible without steroids!

    I have been reading a lot about steroids and their side affects. I am somewhat convinced that its work the risk as long as you don't abuse it. I am planning to use it for a cycle safely and that's it. I have heard they are lot of black markets which people buy from. Any recommendations on beginner cycle, dosage and steroid type are welcome.

    Welcome to the forum! These questions are best suited in the Questions department. But he're some quick tips. I would always recommend having a bit more experience with bodybuilding before using something. I trained for 2 years before I decided to go on a cycle. We can't make sources available on the forum. But a good tip... Look around you at the gym. The big guys are all on the juice. See if you can talk to one of them in good faith. They will have their sources. Another recomodation would be to learn how the injectibles work. Oral Steroids are more of a "additive" that makes your cycle better. You can do some reading on Testosterone Cypionate and Testosterone Enanthate. I'd say that's a good start. Dianabol and maybe Anadrol would be a good Oral to take with it. And do ALOT of research on PCT before starting anything.

    welcome to the forum bro...if you are infact just starting to train with weights then i would hold off on spending time looking for a source and more time resurching some of the basics like diet and training...we have a very good diet forum with very knowledgeable people that will take the time to help you attain your goals...you do not need steroids at this point in your development, that like putting the cart before the hores so to speek...dont you think it would be wise to do a ton of reasurch about all aspects of muscle building not just the drugs?...lets get some stats from you first too see what we are working with...

    i dont recommend just walking up to a stranger and trying to get in a convorsetion about illigal drugs...i have kids hanging around me at the gym all the time just trying to get the balls to ask me about aas and it just pisses me off so i dont recomend this approch, nor do i give them the time of day cus there not really interested in learning how to train correctly or about diet (if they would ask these type of questions i would be more than happy to help them) but like most young peeps they are convinced that it is just the drugs that got me to where i am today and thats all they are interested in...its sad really...

    Um, dont go just ask a big guy about this. You may piss someone off. I cycle and I know other guys are cycling at the gym. They are more of acquaintances but even though we both know each other is cylcing we don't discuss it with each other. Its kind of a don't ask don't tell

    6 months is too soon imo. If you aren't gaining at all then its probably diet related. Question for you. If you can't eat enough to gain now, how are you going to eat enough to maintain any muscle you put on? You can eat more when on a cycle but you'll need to know how to tweak your diet post cycle so its less than what you were eating while on but more than what you were eating before. And I don't mean pizza and cheeseburgers. I mean good whole foods that are the right macros.
