250mg/E3D Testoviron
I ran this for the first month and just added Winstrol at 100mg/E3D (opposite days of others)
I started this weighing in at 155lbs
I measured 14.5" on my arms
Bench 165 max
Military Press 115lbs
60lbs straight bar curls
25lb Dumbbell curls
So yeah... that was the baseline.
Now....
I weigh 180lbs
My arms just got to 16.5"
I am benching 225 in 4 sets of 8
I can do Incline and Decline at 225 as well.
Military Press just reached 225
90lb Straight Bar Curls
40lb Dumbell Curls
I do lots of other exercises which have greatly increased in strength along the way. I love to work out and push it hard. I hope to gain some new information from all of you since I know for a fact that I have a lot to learn.
