Hey whats up everyone. Im new to the forum. Ive been lifting since 2007. Im 29 now and a former heavy weight. Heavy in all the wrong ways. Im 185 now down from about 270 i dont know my BF BUT I just want to get swole. Anyhow i dont even know if i need to even begin thinking of juicing but i am curious so im here to learn learn learn and maybe eventually take that next step and push past my physical capabilities.
