    New member - performance ???

    Hello everyone. New member, interested in boosting my performance in athletics (basketball mainly). I've been working out regularly for about 10 years now. I eat well and am blessed with high metabolism. (32 , 6'2" 180lbs currently.) not looking tj get bigger, just jump higher and run faster than the next guy. I have my workout routines down, and mix them up regularly. What is everyone's experience who was looking for the results like I am? Test, HGH? Been taking creatine and tribulus to little effect. I have a source at my gym, so was hoping to get some feedback. Thanks in advance.

    So basically I tell you guys my workout and stats, you tell me I eat like crap, I start eating like everyone else (oatmeal, fish chicken, broccoli, repeat) then there's a magical moment when I get "in the know" and find out all the secrets that everyone is here looking for?
