im 5'6 240 pounds 30 years of age.
i was a 3 sport athlete in school i max was 180 pounds at 5'6 now that im 30 its harder for me to hit the gym like i used to so i was looking for a edge some help if you will . I have been reading ALOT i know there is a cycle for me i would love to drpop about 50 pounds of fat but stay about 200 pounds.
i thinking test is the best and win but really not sure how to get them and if i did find away not sure i would know what i had by looking at it, also not sure how not to lose the gain i know that i need t-milk which is eay to get but i kinda get lost from there. thanx guys
