After browsing this forum for some time, I feel like I have found a great source of quality information. And so I joined up
I am 25 and have been weight training on-and-off for seven years. My life has recently changed, I have matured a lot and I want to stay my dedication to the positive changes brought about my consistent training. I look forward to browsing deeper into the Education section before I take any action or ask any questions.
Right now I am trying out a ketosis nutritional plan and my training has consisted of general conditioning. So, higher reps with a combination of compound + assistance lifts across a 5 day bodypart split.
