Hi everyone. Some quick background about me. I've been weight training off and on since I was 14. I played lots of sports in high school, and wrestled in college. I'd let myself go a bit in my late 20s but have been 5 days a week, 1 hour a day all throughout my 30s. My routine is:
- Chest
- Back
- Shoulders
- Legs
- Arms
I warm up with Abs and Squats or some sort of legs each day as I found that gets things going best for me.
I am 5'11 and was around 225 lbs. at 30 years old. That year I started working out more seriously and I dropped to about 190 lbs. Since then, I've slowly built back up to about 210. I've been in a bit of a rut all year and not making much progress so I started hunting around for ideas today. I found a lot here in a few hours browsing, so I registered.
I felt I was doing well, but looking around here I see I have a long way to go!
