hello everybody,
im 25, been working out since i been 20. up until the last year i guess u could say i was just mainitaing. not showing any gains or losses, obvi something wasn't rite. signed up at a different gym, mingled with sum fellas and started getting technical. loving my results I've seen in such lil time. down 40lbs since signing up june 1st. motivated and looking for the help from my fellow forum bros!
