    Hey all

New here, my names Rick,I'm 24, and I live in Atlanta, Ga. I have started working back out again after a 3 year break, so needless to say I've lost a lot of muscle and gained a LOT of fat. I used to be a lean 190, now I'm a fat 250...it's crazy how I let myself go and how it seemed to happen so fast but I have no one to blame but myself. Anyway I'm on week 3 of my mission to get back in shape and I've been playing with the idea of using testosterone steroids for a little while now which is why I am here, to learn and read read read and learn some more. After I learn more about this stuff than I'll decide if this is the way to go for me.

I recommend getting your fat way down before ever considering drugs. I have been where you are, my friend. I lost 75 pounds once. It was hard work, but I got laid a lot more. Totally worth it.

Definitely talk to the guys in the nutrition section. They can get you shedding fat.

Welcome, and I agree with Johnny. Steroids won't help you lose weight. Diet will. As a matter of fact, at your current bodyweight steroids could cause health risk by way of high BP and gyno as well as several other side effects that are not worth the risk. I lost 55lbs in a matter of months with diet and cardio. The diet and nutrition section will provide you with a world of information and the guys there are very helpful. Good Luck

Welcome Rick. Like some of the other guys I've also let myself go and have been back on track for the last 2 years. I must say that getting the diet down has been the most important aspect for me. There is a lot of good info in that section as well as links to some good informational videos. Good luck.
