    Cool hay

    Hi all im new to all this so bare with me ,im gas from Birmingham UK an I find myself stuck in a rut so im planning on doing a course I was resently in jail n was takin 50ml oxys thing is I have no idea were to get them now im out if anyone can help please let me know if not with the oxys then something simalar

    I'm confused now are U guys pro or anti steroid I noticed as I join there was a offer for free bottle are they suppliments then I'd really like the advice as im trainning 4 times a week Monday - chest n tri Wednesday -back n bis thurday- leg n shoulder Friday - just chest how ever my strength is not in reason much I have mass shakes ,protiens shakes before n after eat all the right foods I've tryed tes boosters teen creatine but my strength is not budgin

    gazza bro, this aint the place to cop a fix!! i feel for you and im not here to preach to you but you know that life will never take u any were good!! im sure u have friends that havent made it due to that abuse.. u should trade that life style in for one thats much more exciting,, ohh yeah and the High lasts for heck of alot longer.. best of luck and choices in all you do bro!!

    gaz i think u have us confused, u looking to train and get some advice or cop some oxy's "as in the opiat" we here at this forum are dedicated to a healthy life style were weight training is at the center so if thats what your looking for you came to the perfect place.. look around stay awhile and learn all you can....Welcome

    I think I have confused U and me lol I thought the oxys would get me ova the rut ,I do eat healthy n train hard but im not gettin noticalble results I was gonna cop out n use the oxys again but if U can show me better ways then im up for that as I never shy from a challenge
