    Hey guys

    23 years old thinking about doin my first cycle so in the research stages. Been training for around 5 years just recoverd from a hernia op. Socant wait to get back in the gym.

    Welcome to AR. You can go a long way on proper diet & training. I think you're a little young for a cycle but research the board and make your own decision. Welcome aboard.
