First welcome to the forums.
You need to concentrate on diet and training. Nothing in a bottle is going to help you lose Bodyfat. Check out the Diet and Nutrition section of this forum. Post up your stats and our members there will be sure to help you.

When I started dieting 6 months ago, I was looking for the magic pill as well. There isn't one. I used one of the sample diets with exersize and as of this morning have dropped 50lbs. Its not fun or easy, but it works.
