Hey everyone I'll be 22 years old in a few days and wanted to start working out again. I haven't worked out since freshman yeaer of college (and I was pretty happy with my body then) i was lean 165 and 6 1. Now i'm 205 and 6 1. I want to slim back up, i don't have time to go to gym i'm full student and work 35 hours a week. I was wondering if i could get some help with getting back to a good size. I have p90x but was looking for some supplements that'd really help boost the results. thanks for your help. Also a good diet would be nice and i don't care about eating the same thing over and over again.
