    Newbie

Well I'm only new here. Stats 41 5'11" 210 haven't checked body fat but it's not where I want it. I trained for years then got married kids career then fat and 40. My goals: train hard and smart, eat right, when the time is right cycle again but thats a ways away. Any opinions or insight will be well received and appreciated. It's been 10yrs so people and opinions evolve. Probably the only thing thats the same is "Lift Heavy, Eat Big, Rest & Get Big"
