Should have done a little reading first. Sorry to those that read this before my new edit. I'm new here. I'm 28. 6'1" 240 with about 26-27% bodyfat. Never used anything before, but it is time. Life, age, and stress haven't been good to me. Im at my college playing weight, but my bf percentage has gone way up. I have been trying and trying but my workouts are less intense. I am not getting the results that I am looking for. I'm ready for a change.
