Hey guys,
Im turning 25 this year and been bodybuilding for about a year now. Ive gained a decent amount of weight in this year after finally getting all my nutrition and training into check.

Age: 25
Height: 6'4 (194cm)
Weight: 98 - 100kg (216lb - 220lb)
When I first started lifting I weighed in at approx 82kg (180lb) at 12% body fat.
I started lifting as heavy as I could without sacrificing form and eating like a monster with 4000 calories a day and eating clean with cheat days here and there. Macro breakdown changed from time to time as I was trying to find what worked for my body. Gained approx 18kg (39lb) and at approx 16-17% body fat now.
I'm happy with my gains and my lifts have gone up whilst also keeping my body relatively low. Though because I am so tall you don't see those gains as much as you would on someone who is 5'10. So after much thinking and reading I have decided to take my training to the next level and do a cycle either mid this year or at the end of this year.
I live in Australia so it would be good to hear from some fellow members.
