    Time for changes

    Hey,

Just registered and educating myself a little bit more on steroids and cycles and anything else that comes along the way. Looking to do clenbuterol to lose weight, and then go from there.

Looks like a good community, pleasure to be here.

I'm a brand new member here, but welcome anyways. If you haven't tried clen before I would say start start small. It gave me the worst muscle cramps even at low doses. I might try it again with at even lower doses if I can get some info on here of could help. Good luck with everything and I hope you find what you need here!

    Red face

I was having the same problem while lifting & doing cardio on clen ..it even got to the point where after doing dead lifts my hands would want to stay in a closed position and be extremely painful when attempting to open them. Kind of like an iron deficiency made it extremely hard to workout.. it would help tons by running and getting my blood flow going "faster than a usual warmup." in addition to that I began eating two scoops of mustard before going for a long run and "wa-laa" bye bye leg cramps! Newbie here just trying to help!
