Hey all, Im fairly new to the forum and thought i would finally introduce myself to everyone....
I am 24, 173cm's 96kgs training on and off since i was 16 more consistent now however my diet has let me down alot.
Have previously done 2 cycles not all too bad however i was never informed that cycling should be done at low bf% and also my diet was shithouse.....
I have been browsing the forums for a lil over a week now i think.... just introduced my second child to the family so the days are kind of blury at them moment sleep deprived.....Anyways over the past week i have a learnt alot and now I am focusing on my diet to to get down to the required bf% so i cant start my next cycle.....
These really are great and Im glad to be apart of the community see you all round.
