    New Guy

First, I would like to say thank you in advance for any and all advise that I receive from fellow members!
I have been working as a firefighter for about ten years and been lifting weights for about twelve now. I was on a call and fell through a roof, which in turn, did not allow me to hit the weights for four months due to heavy injuries, just able to do cardio. I believe my body is back to par, except I have lost weight and strength. I am here is to see if there is a way to quickly get back to were I was four months ago before the incident. Again, any advise or information would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the board. It is best to naturally build yourself up because you would risk injury again if you were to gain too quickly. What are your stats?

Make perfect sense and i will take your advise, hard work and a nice diet should be there in a couple to a few months!

Not sure what you are looking for in stats...

Before injury (lifting 3 sets of 6-8)

    215lbs
    6'2"
    unknown for body fat
    bench 315
    squat 370
    deadlift 370

and heavy cardio after work out

Now...(haven't conduct a max yet, however, trying lift 4 sets of 6-8 started early this week)

    195lbs
body fat looks like there is a little more on the body
    Bench 255
    squat 305
    deadlift 305

    after workout moderate cardio
