So I have read forums off of here for a good while and so i decided to check it out.

I uses to be a College Football player weighing in at 340lb, now I am down to 240lb.
I used gear back about 3-4 years ago while playing ball, but now I'm getting back into it
I have matured a lot now knowing to use pct and that certain compounds work better with other and what not.

so I now weigh 240lb im 6ft 3in not sure what my bf is.
