hey iv been doing my research for a few months now but still dont feel im educated enough to do my first cycle so making an
account to better see whats going on. im currently cutting on a keto diet and training for hypertrophy 5-6 days a week i am not getting
bigger clearly being on a calorie deficit but im definately building definition which im happy with for the meantime.
im aussie so its coming off summer here but i still havent got my abs : ( so ill continue with the cut until then. am interested in a test/ winny cycle
have a mate who got good results off it and kept everything he made and lost good BF.
currently 185pounds down from 207 a few months ago ( started before christmas but then regained the lot in the holidays but back on track since ny ! )
main problem is i dont have friends that are as dedicated as me to either training or diet so most days i gym alone and always watching them eat shit
but i just feel sorry for them having average bodies.
i will be active iv got a new position in the same workplace that basically requires me to sit down for 12 hrs a day as compared to my old one where i
ran around all day from job to job with breakdowns ( fixed plant Fitter )
