Hi all, I have been lifting off and on for the last 20 yrs or so and have not put more than 6 months of straight time until 3 yrs ago when I cleaned myself up and decided to become clean and sober. I am 41 yrs. old and 6 months ago started seeing a xxx xx and have seen some good results, although mild it has taken me past some plateau's, but that may be just the time factor too.. My 1rm on bench is 410, rowing 315 for 8, dlift 600 and squat 500. I have always carried too much body fat and am working on that currently.
