    First cycle need advice

    hi, I want to do a first cy on steroids but have not clue what AAS would be the best
    Im 28 , and I use steroid for about 4 weeks before, not satisfied with the results... and I have been out of the business for a year....... im about 165 and 5 11'' appreciate any advice

    Welcome. Tons of info here take time to read the stickies and get a solid education before even trying AAS.
    height and weight seem to indicate the need for a solid diet and exercise program first.
