    help please someone

    ok people im 22 years old i weigh 155 pounds and i stand 5 ft 10 in and im basically all muscle but im still small....ive been working out for about 2 years and im at a stoping point! ive never been a big guy and it took me 2 years to get a "little bit" of muscle! im trying some stuff called tren 100 that i ordered from stacklabs.com and i had the stuff tested and its nothing more than herbs and JUNK basically! it contains 2mg of dhea which isnt enough to bulk up a piss ant! i just want "real" results real fast can anyone please lend me a helping hand!!!???

    Welcome, due to your age you will get no one to condone your AAS use. With that being said, just eat eat eat and train hard and get good nights sleep and you should grow

    Train hard and if in 10 years you are still going there will be opportunities. I took 26 years before thinking of using anything. Slow and steady. You build a body from a strong base. Now build the base! good luck!

    Welcome! At your age proper training & eating should increase muscle and keep bf low. Google squats and milk and follow that and similar programs.
