    I want to take h-drol. Story inside

    Last January I took halodrol mt from gaspari. Gained 12lbs on a 20 day cycle. Lost only 2 after. I didn't take a PCT, idk if I needed to, and still I have kept my 10 lb gains. I want to run a mother cycle, but how do I go about this time? My routine was horrible last time. No legs, work each bodypart once a week, no protein shakes etc. Now I'm doing an upper lower taking protein and creatine, and I'm bulking. So help plz. Oh and I'm new here!!!

    Welcome. Everything that you need to know is on here. I am also new to the forum but have done a ton of reading and learned more than I every thought in a short period of time.

    Keep your questions to the relevant sections and you will get better answers quicker

    I agree with Baseline. At your age (20), you really need to stay focused on the basics until your mid twenties when your hormonal system is fully developed. Many here will agree that in order to build a physique that many weightlifters and bodybuilders strive for, the place to start is in the kitchen. you are what you eat. it doesn't get any more basic than that.
    Just for giggles and farts, go to the nutrition section and post your diet for us to see. Please include your macros per meal (prot/carb/fat - calories) and total per day. Please include your TDEE so we can see if you are even eating enough. Chances are you are NOT eating enough to gain mass. Once you post your diet, we will review and make recommendations you may have overlooked or did not know about.
    Let's start there, ok?
