    Whats up everybody, just here to introduce myself. Tone, from Boston.
    I AM IN TERRIBLE SHAPE (As of late)
    The past 9 months ive suffered a partially torn achilles tendon so ive built up a habit of laziness.
    Im done with that. I have put on roughly 30 pounds eating junk. I now weigh around 175-180 (fluctuates)And i am 5' 9'' and 20 years old.
    pretty chunky, i have what appears to be a pre-beer belly.

    My goal is to be a RIPPED 150-155 since im not a tall guy. BRAD PITT IN FIGHT CLUB! BRAD PITT IN FIGHT CLUB! haha
    Ive done a little research and i believe i am going to to a Clen/T3 Cycle first to get more definition and cut down to a better weight to height ratio. mainly focusing on abdomen, then chest, then arms.

    I feel like such a *****, like anyone would kick my ass. which is sad for a boxer to feel.

    wow, what weight you will lose will be 50% muscle.. not to freak you, but you will drop more muscle than needs to be lost..

    the diet section would be a better place to go to reach your goals..

    Thanks! will 50% muscle loss still be a factor if im weight training and doing cardio? I know that there will be still muscle loss sincle clen/tc pretty much eats away at you, but wouldnt workouts counter that to make it less muscle loss?
