Hello,
I am new here and I am looking for a routine that will help me with my road cycling training. I am looking for strength and endurance without bulking up. The bigger I get the more I have to carry around on a bicycle.
I am not a pro so I will not be tested however its possible that I could have a random UA at work, i believe we use a 10 panel so Anabolics, testosterone, and HGH shouldnt show up.
Any recommendations are appreciated.
