Welcome bro. There are several places to go. First, as previously mentioned, find your way to the nutrition section here. It's in the threads, you'll see it if you look. If you want to measure your macros (carbs, protein, and fats) you can go to fitday.com. It's free and after you plug in everything you ate, you'll see your total stats. They even have nice pie charts and graphs for you. It's not perfect, but will give you a good idea. Also check out this guy:

His name is Milos Sarcev and he's a body building/ nutritional guru. You can get a ton of info by watching his little seminar videos. Each is broken up into 18-20 min blocks. It's easy to follow and the truest info you can get. What's more, his info extends beyond body building, but is perfect for athletes and all other types. Good luck!
