    Sup

Been working out for the past 6-8 months at home, getting a gym membership this Friday and I'm going to get a personal trainer. I want fast, quick, impressive gains though. I know nothing about steroids and I figured this would be a good site to join to gain some knowledge and begin taking some steroids to help with gains.

I'm 24 years old, 6'2", maybe an inch taller, 170 lbs. I went from 200 (out of shape), to 160, and I gained 10 lbs in the past week from taking in 4k calories or so per day, taking in 100 or so grams of protein a day and just working out at home.

Here are some current pictures that I took just today. Not pumped or anything, just some basic pictures to get an idea of my body:

Well, ****, I can't submit urls until 25 posts. I'll post pictures later, you get the idea though.

You say 24 in your post but have 21 on the profile you just created today. Either way you're not ready for steroids and if you've only just started working out you should see amazing gains your first year. Visit the nutrition forum, post your diet and stats there, listen to the advice you get, do a some research on dieting yourself and you would be surprised what you can do naturally.

As far as my diet goes:

I eat anything from chicken, steak, burgers, basically every meat. I eat plenty of vegetables, nuts, fruits. I've been trying to take in that many calories so I can get big and huge and strong. I don't see how my diet is poor. As for my age, I don't know why it says 21 in my profile, I'm 24 and my birth date is 10/21/1987. I've always somewhat had a decently athletic build, I did exercise and workout a bit in high school, but stopped for about 4 years and wasn't happy with the shape I was in. The past 6-8 months I have been working out more and more, usually around 5-6 days a week. I plan to train harder and get in really good shape by the end of this summer, I want some dramatic gains.

    Breakfast shake:

2 scoops of choco whey protein
    1 banana
    12 oz milk
2 large spoons of peanut butter
    3/4 cup raw oats
occasionally I add some yogurt, but not always.

Lunch: Chicken breast, steak, pork, burgers, maybe some brown rice, etc. Any of those things are my basic lunch.

Dinner: same as above, pretty much.

Snacks: Nuts, fruit, or anything that I know is good for me that I can get my hands on. I try to eat very large quantities of everything.

Okay, give me a bit. I'm downloading this Open Office program because I don't have Excel on this computer. I'll input my information and post a screen shot.

Here's the screen. Mostly just disappointed that I have to wait x amount of years before I can use steroids and get incredibly huge, I always thought anyone could take them except for children.

and how do those numbers compare to what your eating??? cause im eating 90% of my maintenance,, and that comes to 2200cals... and im stuffing my face the whole day,,, as long as your eating clean foods and proper fats and proper carbs... its crazy how hard it is to eat enough.. using those numbers you see in the spread sheet,,, design a meal plan for us here,, and we'll critique it.. nutritionists are pricey, let us help you out

  14. #14
I'll have to try and do this after work when I get home, I was supposed to leave 10 minutes ago but I was curious to see your reply.

Okay, just got home and read the whole post with green text about foods and such. That's nice and I'll figure out a good meal plan. This brings me back to the beginning though, why shouldn't I use steroids..? I want to huge and become a statue of perfection. My inspiration/role model is Zyzz, he started out small and blew up. Why can't I do what he did?

Look, this is beginning to really annoy me. Up until this point I think I've been quite humble, but you're going to be the one to wear that off for me. If anyone doubts or has a problem with me or thinks anything different than I'm saying, thinks I'm a liar, I'll gladly take a picture of my photo ID and you can see my birth date for yourself. If I lie, only I end up getting hurt.. so why the **** would I do that? Don't have anything positive or constructive for me.. then don't bother posting.

Thank you to everyone else, you've been helpful.

Sorry about late reply, After working out last night i was pretty beat and didnt open up the forum much. please take all this advice in a humble manner, that last thing i mean to do is offend someone who seems like a nice dude who mearly just needs the correct guidance im going to get over hoopla and just assume your 24 and take your word for it (i think that was the age i remember you saying you were?) the reason food is stressed so much over anabolics in posts similar to the one you asked, is because (1) if your not eating properly for "growth" over the course of several years then that means that you still havent seen the great muscle/strength/size gains that you would be seeing if you were eating properly. in my opinion, food is an anabolic in the sense you will remain anabolic state and not a catabolic state if you eat enough :-p enough of the right things, you will grow (alot) (2) if the person in question isnt eating properly and enough prior to taking AAS or any Designer steroid or prohormone for that matter,, they will intially see great size gains while on the drug but the second they are off of it they dont know how to eat properly to retain everything they gained and then will get small just like before, maybe even smaller.

    (3)
this is the part that everyone needs to understand. Anabolic Growth and Bodybuilding there are an immense amount of myth. "man if i take the same concoction of drugs as dorian yates then i will be great looking just like him, or MD article of the month : learn what got ronnie coleman to olympian size " its just not true. There is a time and place for Anabolics and other "Special Supplementation" and that is after youve already established a great base of muscle on your own, using your own genetics and proper eating and lifting technique

so i hope after reading this. you will be respectful of everything ive said. because honestly, i wouldnt have spend MY TIME writing this and helping someone that i didnt think have a good head on their shoulders. ok?

  26. #26
Thanks for that, it makes a bit of sense to me now and you're probably the most helpful person I've interacted with on these forums. Say I want to use steroids to get gains, but you're saying I need to be aware of a proper diet and use it before, during, and after my use; I could figure out a diet before getting anything (because honestly, I doubt I'm going to get anything overnight or even in the next week or month, it just doesn't seem plausible, I don't even know where to look). So, for the mean time, I can figure out my diet, educate myself on steroids, and just hit the gym.
