im 28 200lbs 5'9 i do 60 min of cardio every day and do 40 min of lifting every day now my question , I got 25ml of British Dragon Andropen 275 and 25ml Deca QV 250 , my friend got the same thing for himself but he's pretty jacked . now my question is is this a good stack ? and if so.. how much and how often should i do it. i hope i info sophist . thank you in advance
PS weird question . will drinking To much water make me retain more water or does that not make a difference . ( cause i drink a shit load of water and if ill gain water weight ill drink less ) thanx again
