I've sort of been lurking around a while just to get answers to my questions. Decided to come aboard. I'm a 54 year old male been lifting all my life with a few lapses here and there. I'm in the middle of a Sustanon 300, Boldenone 200 Stack. I'm doing 1 ml of sus on Mon & Fri and 1 ml of Boldenone on Wed. I lift M,T, W, Th, F. Spin on M, T, W, F. Kickboxing on Th and sculpt class on T, F. I lift twice day on M, W, F. I only work on weekends so I have plenty of time during the week, might as well be productive.
