Whats up
Hey guys , I am completly new to ALL of this , my buddies are getting into it and said there getting great results and im looking to find the same thing , i was just googling stuff being bored and i found this forums , it looks great and im more than likely going to be around for awhile (:
anyways , my name is Austin , just introducing my self i havnt really looked around and read alot so far but im about to after this i have ben weightlifting and jogging for 3 years now im in decent shape i would say but im looking to get ripped , i dont care how much work or how hard it takes i just want to find a great routine i can stick to and hopefully gain , thanks guys (:

I'm new here too, but welcome. Sounds to me like you need to gain some weight if you're thinking about starting a cycle.
Not trying to sound mean, but 160 lbs for a guy that's 6'1 should gain at least 20-25 lbs before thinking about it. Cheers bro.

Visit the nutrition forum and post your current diet along with macro's and it will be critiqued. It's fair to say, with your stats, you've been doing something wrong!
