Hey,
Im new to this forum. Been doing lots of research. Not sure what to think, so many people say so many different things on the same subject.
Im 6'3, aprox 190 pounds, 8% BF. Been training hard for awhile. Im an athlete looking to get bigger stronger faster and be able to recover faster from my workouts. Im an endurance athlete, i do lots of heavy lifting / crossfit style workouts. My diet is on spec. Thinking about trying a Test Cycle to start with. I just turned 21 in Janurary. Too young? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
