I am 5'10" 185 lbs and 31 years old. I have been lifting weights since high school and never used anything but a protein shake. This was fine but i was lifting the same weight and doing the same routine for years (plateaued). So i decided to use a pro hormone my friend gave me and it worked pretty well, had some decent gains. But the stuff was harsh a lot of sides and liver cleanse pills, never again! So i just decided to run on hard work during pct. Increasing the weight and doing less reps, going at it hard with just the protein shakes and proper diet. INGUINAL HERNIA is what i got for my reward! So i am in week 5 after surgery and have 1 more week to go before i can get back in the gym. This is why i joined the forum, to build a new routine, talk to real people and learn how to use new compounds.
