    Hey everyone. Im new here. I kust got back into lifting about a month ago. I have been doing mma for about a year now and have lost about 80 lbs. now im really wanting to put on some size and muscle. I hit the gym for about 1.5 hrs and then train for another 1.5. Any suggestions on gettin big
