Hey man! Before I came to this forum, I thought diets were for fat chicks (sorry fat chicks) but now i am learning the importance of a good (honestly good, I stopped lying to myself) diet. After hours upon hours of reading I began to believe in dieting to gain lean mass. Learning about clean eating, and how to adjust the diet to gain or cut was a great place to start. Once you've mastered the diet, you may not even want juice... The potential is huge and I'm sure with some solid research, you will agree. There's no point to aas at your age if your serious about getting bigger and keeping what you've earned.

Welcome...Easy fix. Hit our Nutrition/Diet Section and get a solid diet together. It all starts and stops w/the diet. Check out the Workout Forum too for various training routines.

    Good Luck
