    Question oxymetholone and fellimg unwell due to sleeping disturbance

    Hello
    I want to tell that I have started taking Anadrol 50(oxymetholone) for 5 days and wish to continue not more than 3 weeks. Then I will shift to test-e inj. Everything is OK but I am felling bit dizzy. To protect my liver i am intaking
    1. cod liver oil(daily)
    2.Liv-52 (daily 3 times)
    3. Milk Thistle (daily3 times )
    4. Livosene (3 times daily) to prevent hepatic impairment.

    Question 1.Exercising good, but feeling a bit dizzy, perhaps sleep disturbance.Can anybody suggest why is this happening? Sleep is important for weight training. Had anybody exeparienced this kind of thing?
    Question 2. How much time should i exercise?

    Height-5'8''
    chest 45 inches
    biceps 18 inches
    abdomen: have gathered some amount of fat. measures 34inches
    ....not going to more details.
    Can anybody help my case because if i feel disturbed sleep i feel unwell and i will under perform in gym.
    Please Help

    I have given my height already 5'8''
    1. Age 38
    2. Weight 85 kg
    3. I have no bf% calculator right now but i had measured it's 14% (4 months ago)
    4. Blood Pressure 120/80 (done once a wek).
    5. Sugar 81 (forgotten the unit)

    Yes Brazey this is my first cycle. I have been weight training for 16 years . I know it's correct to go into injectable cycles(e.g Test-e or test c). But i just want to feel the quick start.
    My routine 1. Cardio (6 days a week)
    2. Shoulder and chest (1 day a week) and abs
    3. Biceps and triceps(1 day a week) and abs
    4. chest(1 day a week) and lats
    5. legs(1 day a week) and back

    also i have seen in many sites that this does happen with oxymetholone. So, not going to details i also maintain a strict diet helpful for my liver and body, which includes fruits, vegetables along with natural protein like fish and meat.Right now i havent gone to protein supplements (e.g whey protein etc). I have to do some study on this aspect as well as anabolics
