Hey guys! I've visited this forum for about a week and I've read a lot on here so I decided I'd finally post my own question. First off, I'm a young male. I'm 6'1 190 pounds. I'm in pretty good shape, I'm athletic. But for personal reasons I would like to cut some fat, get bigger arms and abs. I was interested in Winstrol because I have access to it and it seems like a good fit for me. I don't wanna get super huge but I wanna look jacked. Im not a novice I've been doing serious working out for about 4 years now and I currently bench 230, squat 315 and I power clean around 225. So if anyone could help me out that be great! I really want to juice up. So my main question is what kind should I do, along with diet and how much and how long.
