Welcome. Since you're new to training you need to get off on the right foot before you start taking chemicals. You'll do well by spending your time learning in our training & nutrition forums first.

Yeah i was just trying to get results quick. I really am 100% new to everything. Like dieting, protein, all this. My buddy knows alot and is trying to help me but i would like to hear from others as well. My build is pretty good. Im not fat, i have a little muscle but not cuts. I dnt know if u need creatine or what. I just want to figure out how to get results the quickest and safest.

Welcome. You will see results fast as a beginner. No need for AAS at all. With respect to your friend, from what you have posted, I think he does not know a lot at all. I would go as far to say you'd get way better advice from this board. If he knew alot and wanted to help you out, he would not be recommending you take any steroids.

I would have to agree with this guy here...not only will you see results as a beginner pretty damn quick, you are too young for any of us to advise any steroid use what so ever. Take advantage of your high level of hormones while your young and dont risk your still maturing endocrine system by adding exogenous hormones to your body. Plus not to mentions steroids are not at all a "quick" fix or a way to just add on muscle really quick. Thats dangerous and not advised. You need at least a few years of lifting to prime your connective tissue to heavy weights and if you were to add steroids, you would just risk injury way too easily. Plus not only that but your buddys boldenone undecylenate only cycle has to be giving him some man issues. You always want to run any compound with some test to keep a healthy functioning sex drive and to keep your "manhood" functioning right. Anyone here will tell you pretty much the same thing so work on working out for a couple years, get your diet and workout routine on a rock solid track and do LOTS of research into steroids...you will thank me later down the line for this advice...I promise

Ok thanks a lot guys. I was just curious because he has had really good results on his cycle of eq. So you all are basically saying that if i were to cycle i wouldnt get good results or are you all just saying its unhealthy for me and def not needed? Thanks alot for the feedback!

Really not needed at all and not healthy. 1 year of solid diet and training would see better results than to do a cycle and all without side effects.

Depends on your goals and what state you are in now. We have a nutritional section, start by reading the dieting stickies at the top. Once you start to get a grasp on what to eat, when and how much, you can post up your proposed diet with times, macros and amounts and you will get help on how to fine tune it. You won't get someone to do all the work for you, you must learn what you are eating is actually doing for you.

Hey bro, I know this isn't the section for this but I wanted ya to see my daily diet...I had posted this for another member a week or so ago...just ignore the growth hormone peptides and test info I threw in there, but look at the way I eat and what I eat...should give ya a pretty good idea where to start...

    4:30 a.m. 25 grams whey isolate
    25 grams karbolyn
    5:30 a.m. 4 egg whites w/1 yolk scrambled
    75 grams 1% cottage cheese
    1 medium/large banana
2 slices ezekiel bread spread w/ butter and peanut butter
    8 oz 1% milk
    8 oz V8

    1g time released vitamin C
    99mg potassium asporotate
    200mg magnesium malate
    100mg B complex

    2:00 p.m. 4 egg whites w/ 1 yolk scrambled
    75g brown rice
    1 medium/large banana

    99mg potassium asporotate

    120mcg mod grf 1-29

4:00 p.m. 2 slices ezekiel bread w/ butter and peanut butter
    8 oz 1% milk

    99mg potassium asporotate
    1g time released vitamin C
    200mg magnesium malate
    1g taurine

    6:00 p.m. 10 oz chicken breast
    75g brown rice

    120mcg mod grf 1-29
    9:00 p.m. 200g 1% cottage cheese
    8 oz 1% milk

Im currently 5 weeks into using 125mg test enth a day, along with all the growth hormone peptides...really great stack together. Sleep, strength and appearance are best ever! This diet is on my non workout days. My workout days I increase my brown rice from 75g to 100g each meal and the 4:00 pm meal is replaced with 12 oz water, 30g whey isolate, 30g karbolyn, 1tsp beta alanine...I also use 25g whey isolate and 25g karbolyn during workout and post workout take...

    25 oz water
    50g whey isolate
    75g karbolyn

I drink at least a gallon of alkalized water, I get that from my chiropractor, each day and workout days it reaches 1.5 gallons or more. I think this pretty much covers my day. I may have missed a couple small details but have the basics of what I do on a daily basis. If ya have any questions pertaining towards anything, please dont hesitate to ask!

No problem brother, sorry for the late respond. My suggestion is to use it now! Creatine is a great addition to any natural stack and is one of the most researched supplements to date. Just make sure you opt for an easily absorbed creatine, like creatine ethyl ester, opposed to creatine monohydrate. The creatine ethyl ester will not only absorb much easier and in greater amounts, letting you use smaller doses to reap the same rewards, but also helps you retain much less water. One could say you could gain more weight off of creatine monohydrate, but most of that will be water weight and in all honesty unless your extremely tiny or an extreme hardgainer, you dont want to add just water weight...leaner meat looks much better than the puffy muscles lol. I really love karbolyn also. If you can afford using it in good amounts, I spend $100 a month just on that!, it will surely add muscle and will greatly help you before, during, and after your workouts...and I wouldn't or couldn't recommend any other protein but isoflex...absolutely top notch when it comes to whey isolates. Those three together with a great, sound diet will surely add some size in the months to come! Just remember drive and determination is most important!!! Without it you're not gonna expect much and your not gonna get much
