You need to get your post count up before you can access your profile , its either 25 or 50 I'm not exactely sure which
As far as I know the offer is good whenever you want, there should be some sort of coupon code or link in the email you recieved, when you decide to order just follow the instructions in the email, any problems and I'm sure admin will be more than happy to faciliate you
