Hello all! Well I have been doing a bunch of reading over the last couple of months and have a lot more to do before I wade slowly into the AAS waters. I thought that I would just introduce myself and give a little information and some goals.
Basically I am a 42 year old guy, 6' and 245 lbs with about 25% BF. I have been pretty active over the last few years with weight training and basketball. My main weakness seems to be diet which from reading seems to be the something that I need to get figured out. I can eat clean when I am in serious training mode but get pretty lax when not.
Goals include: Improving my diet, increasing the effectiveness of my workouts, significantly dropping BF% (getting much leaner). At my size I am not looking for any additional bulk etc.
So far some of the things I have gathered are: Get diet under control, first cycle should be Test only, and have all PCT stuff ready before you start. Also CLEN seems like it would aid in what I am trying to accomplish.
I will keep up the research and ask questions in the right areas but just wanted to introduce myself after months of lurking!
