Up to a couple of years ago I was in the game for aproximately 25 years, do to an acccident at work I had to stop for almost two years. Just looking for assistance and help getting back into the game. Im 6`5" and 235 lbs.
I know how to diet and workout, just looking for advice and or help to regain the drive I lost.
If anyone has any suggestions please pass them on. Thank you
