    Very new and need suggestions

    What's up everyone? I am a former pro MMA fighter that has fallen so far out of shape and need help or suggestions getting back. Last fought in 2005 at 205lbs with approx 15%bf. Long story short, got injured stopped training and fighting now I'm 35 years old and weigh 280 not sure of bf% but I'm sure its high. I've been back in the gym for the past 2 months but hardly noticing any fat loss even though my diet is decent. So I guess I'm wondering what some opinion are as far as what I should be on or consider. I am naturally pretty muscular and although my gut and handles are huge I'm not a softy. I'd appreciate any input members here may have.

    Welcome... For starters post up your diet in the nutrition section because alot of people say their diet is decent when it's not that great. Also hit the Anabolics Q&A section.

    Welcome bro, unfortunately the guys here will tell that cycling with high body fat is not a good idea, but the nutrition section here is awesome!!! Keep the carbs low and hit the cardio hard cut down natural then hit the juice!!! Good luck.
