Hi all another newb advice question.

Hi all,

As my user name says i'm new to this (couldn't think off anything else at the time).
i'm 28 and have been training for a number off years with mixed results and in the last 6-12 months have finally found a mix of cardio and weights training and diet that is working for me and loosing some weight while toning up slowly at the present time.

Currently 177cm's tall and 88kg's/194 pounds and in good health.

I have been trying to do as much research as i can and thought i would join the site as looking to start getting extra gains in the next month or so's time.

I have been looking into sustanon 250 and doing a 8-12 week cycle, i was reading that a dht blocker is recommended, has anyone used these with suss and what brand? or can recommend what else i should use to help stop any types of side effects from suss 250?

This would be my first cycle, i'm not looking for massive gains or bulk, but that nice extra bit off size and strength i can't get while still slowly cutting away some off the fat if that makes sense and go from there.

Thanks everyone, had a quick look at some off the forum rules and regs at the top off this section, will read through the rest as much as i can.

Will do i'll post over there and yeh as said research, research, research, iv noticed as i get older the more you research things the better off you are with what you do. Deffinatley trying to do as much homework as much as possible.
