Hey people, i joined a while back here thinkin i had everything in check BUT i was SO wrong! I need my diest in check big time! Can anyone help me or tell me what i should be eating and when is the right time. Im so frustrated and stagnated with the fact. I would be eternally greatful.

Im eating museli with a peanut butter sandwhich on wholegrain bread for breakfast
Lunch i will have tuna and pasta
dinner i will have chicken breasts with egg whites&noodles.
teatime i'll have peanut butter sandwhich on wholegrain rice
Im aware that this diet plan is potential bullshit lol so please any input will be greatfully taken on board and i'll hopefull gain the musclemass im wanting.
