Hi All
Hello, I'm 29, 210 and ~15%. I am encouraged by the wealth of knowledg on this forum and glad to be here. I live in AZ and active Air Force looking to gain some muscle and do a bit of body building.

I have always been athletic however recently I have slipt up. I have been lifting just to stay in shape for the last 9 year and prior to that on and off in high school. I've tryed different programs and seen some results but not what I'm looking for. My diet is a challeng right now as I only have a small frig and microwave. I'm away from home for a few months. This is a good time to trance however, work is very light. A gym on base that's great and no family. I eat clean food, no deep fryed and whole grains. My biggest problem has been protein most comes from deli meats and shakes with milk.
