45, married, kids, travel for work 60% of the time, in the gym minimum 5 days per week (even if i travel i stay close to a gym so i can work out), 5'8" tall, 165 pounds, 31" waist with 1" daddy fat around lower abs that i can't get rid of. I started working out with weights 3 years ago when I weighed in at 142 pounds - I was a runner/cycle guy - all cardio. My wife looked at me one day and told me I looked like I had cancer cause i was so skinny. So i started hitting weights. I love the progress i've made - wife likes the new me and she even got motivated to hit the gym and is now back to the size 6 she was when we got married and is smoking hot. Loving life here and want to go up to the next level. My kids call me Thor - funny.
